How do I add a buyer?+
Go to the Buyers tab and tap the "+" button. Enter the buyer's name, phone number, and any relevant details like their budget range or requirements. Once saved, you can link the buyer to properties they are interested in.
How do I link a buyer to a property?+
From the Properties page, open a property, click Edit, change the status to Dealing, scroll down to the Buyers section, and add the buyer there.
Can I share properties with other agents?+
Yes. Partner sharing lets you send a full property copy to another registered agent instantly. Both of you get the listing in your respective accounts.
How does the public portal work?+
Every agent gets a personal portal URL. Share it with buyers — they can browse your available listings, view photos and details, and submit enquiries directly to you.
What happens when my plan expires?+
When your paid plan expires, your account automatically moves to the free plan. All your data — listings, buyers, and settings — is retained. You can upgrade again at any time to restore full access.
